Overcome Fear. Inspire Hope. Empower Potential.

23Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, 24since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving.

Colossians 3:23-24

Testimony  noun

     : witness

In 2012, I made the conscious choice to become a Kingdom worker, working for God instead of human masters.  I chose to give Him the ultimate authority over my thoughts, behaviors and actions in my workplace.  Since that time, God has taught me how to serve in the manner and order He intended from the beginning in Genesis.

Releasing my worldview to adopt a Kingdom mindset has been and continues to be a process in my life, one that I believe will continue until the day God calls me home.  Each day I continue to learn how to invest God’s blessings in my life: my time, talent and treasure, to bring order, beauty and benefit to His people.

“I became a servant of this gospel by the gift of God’s grace given me through the working of his power.” – Ephesians 3:7

The Message translation of this passage begins: “This is my life work: helping people understand and respond to this Message.”  In my work, I came to realize people lack intentionality.  We set goals but fail to confront our motives which potentially leads us down a rabbit hole of unfulfillment.  In contrast, when we set our focus on God (intention) and choose to live according to His instruction (direction), we awaken, become alive and our path becomes clearer.

Refocusing our thoughts, attitudes, behaviors, and actions to align with the Word of God is an ongoing process beginning with setting priorities on how and in what we invest our time.  By prioritizing reading the Word daily, we become aware of God’s presence and His wisdom.  We begin to recognize what is important in our lives and minimize distractions.  We take the first steps to stewarding our most precious resource, our time.  How you invest your time determines how you will be known.

Personally, I desire first to be known intimately as a daughter of a King to God.  Second, as a Proverbs 31 woman to my husband.  Third, as a woman of faith who invites others into a relationship with Christ and encourages them to become the woman or man of faith God created them to be.  I want to be known as a warrior for Christ who walks with His people to Overcome Fear, Inspire Hope and Empower Potential by confronting the master that enslaves them and encouraging them to serve the One True God.

“Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.” – 1 Peter 4:10

God has blessed me with a beautiful mind full of creativity and an uncommon appetite for wisdom.  I am a relational individual who enjoys using my intellectual capacity to help others bring order to their lives, strategically approach change and move intentionally through transitions.

Whatever your current circumstance or obstacle, you do not have to conquer it alone.  I would be honored to accompany you on your journey.  For when my time here is over and God calls me home, I want to be remembered for my work produced by faith, my labor prompted by love and my endurance inspired by my hope in Christ.

“We remember before God and Father your work produced by faith, your labor prompted by love, and your endurance inspired by hope in our Lord Jesus Christ.” – 1 Thessalonians 1:3
